HRLC Offers Workshop
Hinton Rural Life Center is hosting an upcoming weekend workshop entitled “Money Matters”. This seminar on August 14-16 is designed to help the new pastor, update the seasoned pastor, and inform the laity leadership about financial matters in the church. The conflict management part will help us all deal with people when issues of any kind arise. Would you encourage your pastors and their laity leadership to attend? It will be practical and useful.

Of special interest for churches within the North Carolina and Western North Carolina Conferences, Hinton Center has a Duke Endowment grant that will help pay for the clergy and laity from one church per district to attend this seminar. The cost will be $200 total for any church/pastor/leaders you choose to nominate to attend this seminar. Simply let us know the church/pastor/leaders you would like to take advantage of this cost reduction. After we confirm it with you, we ask that you then inform the church/pastor/leaders to contact us to make the arrangements.
