Upcoming Meetings in August
The Elizabeth City District will have a Set-Up Meeting at City Road UMC on Tuesday August 3rd. All pastors are encouraged to attend this first meeting of the 2010-2011 season with Rev. Richard Stone, DS. Gathering starts at 9:30, the meeting promptly starts at 10:00, lunch will be provided, and after the aftenoon session, a planning meeting regarding the Resurrection Weekend will be conducted.
You are also invited to attend the Clergy Family Fun Day/Picnic at New Hope UMC on Saturday August 14th from 11 AM to 2 PM. All pastors and their families are encourage to come and enjoy all the festivities and meet the incoming pastors and their families.
